1. Clean the bed and roll out the weed control fabric. Adjacent strips should overlap by approximately 10 centimeters.
2. Secure overlaps and edges with ground anchors.
3. When planting new plants, simply cut an X-shaped opening in the fleece at the planting site with scissors. If there are already plants in the bed, cut X-shaped openings as well and allow the plants to slide through the opening.
4. Finally, simply cover the garden fleece with a five-centimeter-thick layer of mulch, wood chips, gravel, or similar.
