How to use the weed control fabric
Use of garden fleece as a weed barrier
We present to you the use of weed control fabric as a protective layer when laying gravel areas, paved areas and other stone surfaces that should not be overgrown with weeds. The width of the garden fleece is 0.5 m, 1.20 m, 1.60 m or 2 m We can supply it in variable lengths to suit your desired surface. Cutting to exact edge fit is possible with a simple knife or scissors.

The product you select is applied to the soil or sand in the appropriate dimensions and laid tightly. It is intended to shield the subsoil and thus the weeds from the sun and forms a flat surface for the layer above. Check out our step-by-step instructions below.
Use weed control fabric and support the growth of flowers and crops
Garden fleece is laid as described above, but in addition to preventing weeds also support the air and water balance and thus the nutrient supply of the plant . Before your desired covering is used, round or, better yet, x-shaped holes and slits are cut into the garden fleece with garden shears. Here you can easily plant the plants and also use the fleece as an ideal distance gauge, in which previous markings have been made, which then become the holes. After planting shrubs, perennials or flowers, the gravel or another material is used to cover the weed control fleece. We show you here which fleece thickness is best suited for which covering.
