I already had a HaGa-Welt customer account, but I can no longer log in. What can I do?
On November 14, 2024, we completely redesigned our online shop for you. Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer your previous customer and order data for data protection reasons.
So please simply create a new account with the email address of your choice. And don't forget to sign up for our bonus program!

Yes, we also ship internationally. You can select the delivery country at the end of the order process.

Direct delivery to a parcel shop is not possible. However, after receiving the tracking number, the recipient can redirect the parcel themselves and have it delivered to a parcel shop operated by the shipping partner.

For our sold-by-the-meter products, you can specify the desired length individually using the quantity. For example, if you need 5 meters, enter 5 for the quantity.
The fabric will be shipped in one piece. You will therefore receive a piece measuring X meters (width) x 5 meters (length).
