Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

Erdbeer-Bananen-Smoohie

For 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 600 g fresh strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 500 ml orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
  • 300 g Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt for a sweeter note
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional, adjust to taste)
  • ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the leaves and halve them if necessary.
  2. Then the bananas are peeled and cut into small pieces.
  3. Now put the strawberries, banana pieces, orange juice and yogurt into a large blender.
  4. Add honey as needed and sweeten to taste.
  5. Now mix everything on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  6. Add ice cubes to taste and blend again until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency.
  7. Taste the smoothie and if desired, adjust the sweetness with more honey or the consistency with more orange juice or ice.

Serve:

The smoothie is divided into four large glasses and served immediately.
Garnish with a strawberry slice on the rim of the glass or sprinkle a few chopped mint leaves on top for a fresh accent.
