Ingredients:
- 600 g fresh strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 500 ml orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
- 300 g Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt for a sweeter note
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional, adjust to taste)
- ice cubes
Preparation:
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the leaves and halve them if necessary.
- Then the bananas are peeled and cut into small pieces.
- Now put the strawberries, banana pieces, orange juice and yogurt into a large blender.
- Add honey as needed and sweeten to taste.
- Now mix everything on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes to taste and blend again until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and if desired, adjust the sweetness with more honey or the consistency with more orange juice or ice.
Serve:
The smoothie is divided into four large glasses and served immediately.
Garnish with a strawberry slice on the rim of the glass or sprinkle a few chopped mint leaves on top for a fresh accent.
