What is UV greenhouse film and what does it do?
This special type of film is used to construct greenhouses or polytunnels. It can also be used to cover cold beds, nursery beds, and tomato houses. Our greenhouse film is translucent, UV-resistant, and robust, and designed to last for two to five growing seasons . These periods depend on the film's thickness. It is made of polyethylene (PE) and can withstand temperature fluctuations between -40°C and +80°C. Due to its enormous tear strength and weather resistance, it is suitable for both private and professional use.
Garden centers across Europe rely on UV greenhouse film. If you'd like to create a small greenhouse or cold frame for your garden, we also offer this film in small units. Our films are available in three different thicknesses and widths. You can choose the desired length in whole meters. It also acts as a bird barrier for your delicious fruits, tasty vegetables, and pretty flowers.
